Sgt. Troy Hensley
Troy had been thinking about joining the Army for a long time and in 2008 he did. He is on his second tour in Iraq and is stationed at Ft. Hood Tx. They have asked him to go to Ranger school so we are waiting to see what he decides to do about that. (Congratulations to Sgt. Hensley)
Greg joined the army national guard december 6, 2006. His unit is in Kankakee the 178th Infantry. He was deployed July 2008 to Afghanistan. They were the 2nd Unit at this FOB. It was without electricity or running water. Greg returned August of 2009. He is 5th generation military. Greg has always believed and lived "God and Country" He is just a hometown boy that loves his family and country. We are very proud of Greg and his many accomplishments in the Army Nat Guard
Spc. Chevonne Fragel
Chevonne joined the Army National Gaurd in 2004. After three years, in 2008, she decided to join the Army. She is a combat Medic and has done two tours in Afghanastan returning in Dec. 2011 from the second tour and is stationed at Fort Hood Texas. We are very proud of her!
Spc. Ryan Holsapple
Ryan joined the Army Reserves in February 2010. He is in the 236th Inland Cargo Transportation Company, based in Decatur, IL. Ryan was deployed to Afghanistan in May 2011 and is scheduled to return home in April 2012. We are very proud of Ryan and his decision to join the military and serve his country!
LCpl Joshua Kegley
Josh's proud parents are Chris and Beth.
Joshua is a hometown, God loving, atv riding, 4X4 truck muddin country boy. He has an older brother Isaac and 3 younger sisters Jade, Jillian and Junie. He wanted to join the Army since he was a little boy. When his mother asked him why he wanted to join the Army he answered, "Mom, I want to make a difference." After graduating HS in June 2010, he left for Basic in July and is now stationed at Fort Bliss in Elpaso, TX. He is a Specialist and is assigned to 'Old Ironsides', 1st Armored Division, 36th Infantry Regiment (Spartans). He is in a Stryker unit. Joshua is due to be deployed to Afghanistan in December 2012.
Christopher Belk joined the Marine Corps August 2011. He is currently stationed at Camp Lejeune in North Carolina and will be leaving for his first deployment before the end of 2012. This picture was taken on his wedding day.
